Caleb (Botton?) contacted ACERT to tell us he is writing books which he wants to get into trailers. He said he had been in touch with the Romlit team. We invited him to send copies if he wanted us to promote them but he said they had not yet been written and he was concerned about copyright.

Conference 2024 planning

  • Lisa Mortimer and Millie Cooper would present a short film and answer questions.
  • Imogen di Sapia will speak about her work with the Heritage Crafts Red List.
  • Dee Cooper would talk about her history as an activist and writer, Levy about his path to success as an academic and Dolly would perform her spoken word poem.
  • Possibility of engaging Tyler Hatwell in a conversation about Too much, too young.
  • Candace will bring down Mitch’s historigrams.
  • Planning group to involve Siobhan Spencer, Lisa Smith, Nick Parker and Maria Faraone. They will have a Zoom meeting to plan.
  • Hilary Heath and Claire Tattersall from Norfolk will present their Padlets, specifically those relating to Intergenerational life and learning.
  • Sally Barter and Sherrie Smith planning to come together.
  • Thomas Acton will run a bookstall.
  • Sue Mutter offered full  support on the day with meet & greet table and any other jobs that were required .

  • Letter to all presenters re: accommodation needs, presentation requirements, honoraria and travel expenses. Planning group to action.
  • Upgrade Zoom to enable webinar format.
  • Liaise with Brookes on tech issues.
  • Plan breaks and order food.
